New office space Studio Dumbar China

On April 8, 2009 Mark Harbers, deputy mayor and alderman economy, port and environment of the city of Rotterdam opened Studio Dumbar China’s new office space in Shanghai, together witch Zou Zengfang the managing director. The Studio moved within Shanghai’s French Concession district from a town house up to the 15-th floor of an office building overlooking the city.
